We are offering a group EMDR session for those facing financial lack, emotional / mental hurts, body pains, and whatever other trauma / challenges they may have.

Get a taste of EMDR and some immediate relief.

What's In A Name?

Traveling the world, a Kareem crystal means that it is genuine crystal. In Arabic, the word Kareem also means Generous, coming from the root word Karama, Noble.

Hakeem means Wisdom, or Wise. With children of my own, we notice our little ones love to participate in jewelry making, creativity, and choosing their crystals. And, it can be cost prohibitive for parents who want to participate with the whole family to buy a bracelet or necklace with all genuine crystals, especially when little ones may misplace it. To encourage families to participate together, we created the Hakeem Bracelet and Necklace options.

Not a Jewelry Person?
It’s All Good – There Are Other Ways To Enjoy Crystals
Some people don’t like wearing necklaces, bracelets, etc., for whatever reason.

That’s OKAY!

In the workshop, you could make a pendulum instead.

Or, you can choose crystals / stones to carry in your pocket, briefcase, purse, backpack, or car.
Or, you could put them where you sleep or relax in your home.

There are so many ways to enjoy these crystals — even if you don’t like jewelry.

The Body Power - Self-Defense Workshop includes building our power, confidence, and wisdom together, through caravan – our community.

Many of us feel powerless in our lives. If someone tries to hurt me or my loved ones, what will I do?

This workshop offers an opportunity to build power, together. This empowers participants to feel confident, strong, and to know that – whatever someone else does, we have the power to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.

Overview

Level 1: Essentials and Fundamentals, including focus, flow, and essential protection

Level 2: Advanced Techniques, Including Strikes, Joint Locks, Throws, and More
