Kay Ford Johnsen firmly believes in the power of journaling for self-discovery, spiritual growth, and just plain resolving dad-to-day confusion and being overwhelmed. She loves to share her knowledge and wisdom to aid others in discovering their own unique gifts. She is in her element as a meditation teacher on Insight Timer, a writer, group facilitator, and speaker. Kay has created journaling and self-care workshops and is a member of the International Association for Journal Writing. She is studying for a ministerial degree from International Metaphysical Ministries.
