What to Expect: This interactive 45-minute workshop will provide helpful insights, useful tools, and journaling prompts to help you experiment with exercise habits that fit into your life! You'll have the chance to share and connect with other women who know what it's like to be in your shoes!
What you need: Bring yourself and a device to join the meeting! I also recommend a pen and paper to take notes, and your favorite bevvy (coffee with whipped cream, anyone?).
