Hi, I'm Maddie
I empower women to feel their best so they can live with vibrancy, show up completely for the people they love, and enjoy life to the fullest. My approach combines practical, habit-based strategies with evidence-based nutrition, no extreme diets required.
I’m pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health and I am a certified NASM Nutrition Coach.
...one of the many changes is my mindset toward food. And even diving a little deeper as to where that original mindset came from and the forward movement toward a healthier viewpoints towards food and the spiritual side of stewardship of my body.

Before I started with Maddie, I thought the definition of healthy eating was only choosing foods from sprouts or barons that were wild caught, organic.. And while all of those things are still good- that’s wasn’t the most important thing that I needed to focus on...She made it so easy to read labels on food packaging and track what I ate!
You can re-learn how to eat. Sometimes what you were taught growing up isn’t the right way and that’s okay! You can start over, and the end result is worth it!
