I’m Sophie, a certified life coach, specialising in Mindset & Empowerment Coaching. I started my business with a passion to support women with taking action to become more confident & empowered to live the life they want, achieving their full potential, whatever that means for them. Summary of The Unique Framework
What You Will Cover
When you join this "My Time Too" 1:1 Coaching Programme you will have the option to choose between a 6 week or 12 week programme. Depending on the option you choose you will have either 6 or 12 individual, 50 minute coaching sessions online. The sessions will work through the different stages of the programme outlined below. After each session there maybe some homework exercises for you to complete on your on. In addition, throughout the programme, and outside of the 1:1 sessions you will also have ongoing support with me through Voxer.
Stage 1: Clarity Coaching. Get a crystal-clear picture of what you really want, free from any types of limitations. This session will help you shift belief to see what is really possible and how to find your deep-rooted desire.
Stage 2: What is Holding You Back? The goal of this session is to identify what is really keeping you stuck and holding you back from reaching your ultimate desires. We all have both conscious beliefs and subconscious beliefs. This step of the programme will dig deep into your current belief system to understand what your subconscious beliefs are. These are trickier to access but it is crucial to do so. Our beliefs create our reality. What you believe about yourself and the world around you shapes your reality. When you are holding onto limiting beliefs, they are going to impact what you can achieve.
Stage 3: Letting Go / Replacing Your Limiting Beliefs. Here you will be walked through a 7-Step exercise specially designed to help you let go of the beliefs you have that are no longer serving you and replace them with more empowering beliefs to help you meet your goals and desires.
Stage 4: Declutter Your Mind and Time.This part of the journey helps you to declutter your mind and learn techniques to enable you to feel like you have more time and space to focus on and achieve your goals and desires.
Stage 5: Mindset Shift. In this session we will discuss the psychology of mindset and review the differences between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. You will identify the type of mindset you currently have and which you would like to have. We will explore what motivates you, the theory behind gratitude and the power of the Law of Attraction. At the end of this session, you will have the tools and techniques to adopt a positive shift in your own mindset.
Stage 6: Empowered into Action. The final step of the programme is all about taking inspired action. This is achieved through developing a clear, empowering action plan that feels good and keeps you in alignment with your goals whilst managing the everyday busyness of everyday life.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will I need to commit? Ideally you will have one coaching session each week, however, there is some flexibility if you need to miss a week for example if you are away. Outside of the 1:1 coaching sessions there will be some homework style exercises for you to work through which should take around an hour or two each week, depending on how much extra time you want to put in.
What is a Life Coach? A Life Coach is someone who helps guide clients to reach their ultimate goals. A Life Coach can help individuals in different areas of their life, including personal or professional areas of life. Each person is unique and therefore their goals and circumstances will be unique to them. As such a Life Coach needs to tailor their coaching approach to the individual needs of the client.
