Hi, I'm Alyce and I know what it's like to hate exercise.

To feel like you don’t belong in a gym.

To feel like your body is wrong - too much, not enough, never quite right.

To push through workouts just to “undo” what you ate, and feel like rest has to be earned.

To believe that fitness is only for people who already look the part.

I’ve been there. For years, I thought the only way to be healthy was to shrink myself. I punished my body instead of supporting it. I let the fitness industry convince me that I wasn’t disciplined enough, small enough, strong enough. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin and completely disconnected from movement.

But somewhere along the way - after years of trying to fit into a mould that was never made for me - I realised I didn’t need to change me.

I needed to change the space I was in.

So I created one.
