Ellie teaches a classical style of Pilates at the studio and in her On Demand classes she blends her knowledge of both her Classical and Contemporary Pilates training to bring you a full Pilates experience with the Classical very much at the heart of everything she does. She founded Brighton Pilates in 2008 after completing her contemporary training in London at Body Control. More recently, in 2017 she completed her Comprehensive Classical Pilates training at Pi Studios in London. She now utilises all her training and experience to give her clients a rounded Pilates education, taking the best from both. Ellie loves nothing more than helping people to achieve their goals in Pilates.
