Yes! The Full Plate Living framework supports better blood sugar management and is great for those with prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes. That said, it’s also helpful for anyone looking to eat better and feel better.
Do I need to be plant-based to join?
Nope! Full Plate Living is a flexible, plant-forward approach. You’ll focus on adding more fiber-rich foods like fruits, veggies, legumes, and whole grains—no need to go fully plant-based.
What if I can’t attend live?
Replays will be provided! If you can’t make it live, you’ll still receive access to the recordings so you can follow along on your own schedule.

Will I get one-on-one support?
This is a group coaching experience. While not one-on-one, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and get guidance during each session.
How do I join the sessions?

I’m Jenny Peña, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and trained Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. I believe healthy eating shouldn't feel hard or guilt-driven.
My goal? To help you build simple, sustainable habits that work for your life - resulting in increased energy levels, balanced blood sugar and a balanced plate.
