1. Why are you offering a free 14-day challenge?

This is an opportunity for you to get a taste of what working with us can do for you. You'll get to experience the results first-hand. Our goal is to help you reach your fitness goals and beyond, and we believe that by offering you this trial period, you'll see the value of working with us and be motivated to continue on your fitness journey. I practice what I preach!

2. What should I expect from your program?

We'll provide you with daily structure, knowledge and accountability, the key ingredients to sustaining long term change. We will work with you to create a plan to reach your goals that is sustainable and enjoyable yet helps you to overcome any barriers holding you back.

3. Can you accommodate my schedule?

We understand that life can be hectic and that's why we offer a flexible program to complete on your schedule. So even if you're short on time you can keep making progress. Each daily task will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and each workout will be 30-40 minutes only. 

4. How will you track my progress?

Progress is tracked through a dedicated fitness app. We will set up a customised program for you that takes into account your goals, fitness level, and personal preferences. This program will include a detailed workout plan with specific exercises, sets, and reps, as well as recommendations for rest days and recovery activities.

To track your progress, you will be able to log your workouts in the app, including the exercises performed, weight used, and number of reps completed. This information will be used to monitor your strength and endurance gains over time and make adjustments to your program as needed.

In addition to tracking your workouts, we will also provide guidance on nutrition and encourage you to log your food intake in the app. This will give us a complete picture of your daily caloric intake and macronutrient breakdown, and allow us to make recommendations to support your fitness goals.

This will allow us to have a comprehensive and convenient way to track your progress and make adjustments to your program in real-time, ensuring that you stay on track and achieve your goals.

5. What kind of support will I receive outside of training sessions?

In addition to your training sessions, you will receive regular check-ins, as well as access to our private support community. We are here to support you every step of the way and will make sure that you never feel alone on your fit, firm & fabulous journey.
