You’re invited to the 5 day Pilates challenge to strengthen your core stability, stretch, strengthen your back and relax with Mindfulness Pilates teacher Beverley Densham.
Do you suffer from back pain? Sit at your desk all day or simply want to improve your core stability or stretch more? Then this 5 day challenge is for you.

Whats included
Day 1, learn how to do the core stability Pilates lateral thoracic breathing and how to strengthen and tone your deep abdominals
Day 2 How to stretch your back, hips and improve posture.
Day 3 How to strengthen your core stability
Day 4 How to strengthen your back
Day 5 Join Bev for a 40 minute class on zoom taught by Bev to help your back, body, core strength and relaxation, bring a mat and cushion. Book in for 11am, 12.00 or 1pm London time.(please note these classes are limited to maximum 10 per class), if you can’t make these times there are other times available too next week.
Each day the video will be sent to your inbox, you can also join me live at 1pm London time in the private facebook group to join in the exercise or stretches of the day. (or enjoy the re-play)
