Join my in-person movement classes in Edinburgh

Flow Space group classes are based on quadrupedal (walking on your hands and feet) movements. Their aim is to improve mobility and increase full body strength.

These classes are perfect for you if you want to try a different workout method, want to have fun and challenge yourself!

Improve mobility

Increase full body strength

Have fun!

I started classes with Filipe to improve my mobility, as I had a lot of back issues. Not only am I now free of pain, but I am also more flexible and no longer struggle with my day-to-day tasks. I highly recommend his classes because they are super fun, and you don’t realise how quickly time passes!

Enjoy Training That Feels Good

Classes are engaging, varied, and enjoyable so you stay consistent without it feeling like a chore.

Meet Filipe

I’ve been passionate about fitness from a young age, exploring a wide range of disciplines including fencing, long jump, scissor jump, and parkour. This diverse background has shaped my approach to movement, focusing on strength, control, and adaptability.

I’m a qualified Parkour and Animal Flow instructor, fully insured and First Aid certified. I’m constantly expanding my knowledge (recently developing a strong interest in tag rugby) and always looking for inspiration from different training methods.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors, which continues to influence my belief that movement should feel natural, capable, and enjoyable.

Instead of separating strength and flexibility, my classes develop both at the same time for more balanced, efficient movement. They are also different from conventional gym classes and are fun!

As of now, I am giving classes every Saturday at The Meadows.

At the moment, I am only offering in-person group classes, but in the future I intend to provide group and 1:1 both in-person and remotely.

Absolutely. The sessions are structured to meet you where you are, with progressions that safely develop strength, mobility, and coordination over time.

Not at all. The classes are designed to gradually build your strength, coordination, and confidence. Everything is adapted to your level, so you’ll progress at your own pace.
