Join us for two free outdoor family wellness events in Santa Rosa at Rincon Valley Community Park from 10am-1pm, designed to bring families together through movement, connection, and holistic living.

The dates for the events are July 12th & August 9th from 10-1pm, with our festival taking part on the 9th.

From family yoga and fitness sessions to expert Q&As, kids' activities, and local holistic vendors, our events are all about supporting the health and happiness of the whole family—while building a stronger, more connected community.

For the comfort and safety of all families attending, we kindly ask that you leave pets and alcoholic beverages at home. Thank you for helping us keep this a fun, welcoming space for everyone!

We’re proud to welcome Common Ground Society, a local nonprofit dedicated to promoting inclusivity, as a partner for this event. They will be hosting a Calming Tent — a quiet, supportive space designed for anyone who may be easily overstimulated by noise, crowds, or activity.

This thoughtfully equipped area includes sensory and calming tools, noise-reducing headphones, a private area for breastfeeding, and an adult-sized changing table — also perfect for little ones.

This is an inclusive event for people of all ages and abilities, and we are deeply grateful to Common Ground Society for helping to create a welcoming environment for neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities, and anyone who may need a quiet moment to recharge.

Fox & Cub Family Wellness Festival

Join us for a full day of connection, movement, and holistic fun at the Fox & Cub Family Wellness Festival—a vibrant outdoor celebration designed to support and uplift families of all kinds. This event will have everything at our July 12th event plus more festival type activities.

  Chat with local therapists, lactation counselors, sleep consultants, and holistic health practitioners ready to answer your real-life parenting and wellness questions.

  Explore natural products, services, and community resources for pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and family well-being.

  Enjoy a jump house, movement games, crafts, and sensory play—everything your little ones need to stay happy and engaged.

• Music & Community Vibes
  Relax on the grass with music, picnic blankets, and friendly faces in a welcoming, family-centered atmosphere.

We’re thrilled to welcome Mini Music from Sebastopol to our August 9th family wellness event!

They’ll be leading a joyful music & movement session to start out the day — filled with rhythm, dancing, and playful fun for kids (and grownups too!). 🎤🪇💃
