Each member organisation of ARTSCENICO can send at least 2 delegates. The delegates are eligible to vote in elections during the General Assembly. Each member is free to send more interested people. Non-delegates may attend the meeting but can't vote on behalf of the member. If you live in a country where there is no professional association you can become a member of, and you still want to get to know us and join the ARTSCENICO GENERAL ASSEMBLY, do not hesitate to send us an email. The same applies to organisations that are not yet members of ARTSCENICO. The General Assembly offers the opportunity to get in direct contact with each other.

And, of course, all our partners and sponsors are very welcome! The GA is an opportunity to make personal contact. A good opportunity to present your company directly and to exchange ideas with other partners. Just contact us.

We are currently still in the planning and financing phase, but a few things have already been decided:

On Friday, November 28, we would like to explore Paris' film infrastructure together. Visits to a studio, the Cinematéque, and La recousserie are planned. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner. Participation is open to all members of ARTSCENICO member organisations. It is advisable to arrive on Thursday.

On Saturday, there will be the official general assembly, a meeting with the election of a new board, financial report, and reports from the members. Open to all members of ARTSCENICO member organisations, but only delegates are eligible to vote.

On Sunday morning, the internal meeting will continue. On Sunday afternoon, a large public event will take place, open to anyone interested in the topic of working conditions, concluding with a reception at the Cinematèque in Paris.

If you want to experience everything at your leisure, it is advisable to plan your return journey for Monday.

Every attendant books their travel and quarter at their own expense. ARTSCENICO does not pay for the accommodation of the attendants, you have to clarify any refunds for your expenses with the professional organization of which you are a delegate or member.

Over the last years we learned that it’s pretty important for the success of the 3-day-event, that people aren’t too far away from each other and have it easy to meet and join for the planed activities.
So - for everyone’s convenience - we prebooked 15 rooms in a Hotel right around were our main events will happen.

Please note that the pre-booked rooms are exclusively for member representatives or sponsors. Thank you very much.

There are two different options to book, both include breakfast:

Option A

classic double bed rooms for 165€/night*

or

Option B

shareable twin bed rooms for 180€/night*

Two people can share these rooms, if this sounds good to some of you, please partner up yourselves, we don't have the capacities to match you. If you want to share one of the twin bed rooms, we need you to send us the total in one transfer.

After we confirmed your reservation, you would have to pay directly to ARTSCENICO, because the deal requires us to handle the payment to the Hotel upfront in full and one transfer.

If you want to share one of the twin bedrooms, we need you to partner up by yourselves and send us the total in one transfer.

The payment for your reservation (days x price of the option) is possible either via SEPA-Transfer (IBAN & BIC) to the

We are delighted that interest in ARTSCENICO and its activities is growing steadily, and we believe in genuine personal exchange. However, our resources are limited, so we are currently reaching our limit at around 45 participants. Please understand that certain events may be reserved for our members only, or that we may have to charge a fee for guests..
