What Makes The Fulfilled Community Different?
Most leadership programs focus on what you do—strategies, skills, and systems—but The Fulfilled Community is different. We believe that thriving leadership begins with a thriving leader. That’s why The Fulfilled Leader Framework takes a holistic approach to your wellbeing, addressing every part of who you are:
Spiritual: Reconnect with God and renew your sense of calling.
Emotional: Find peace and resilience to navigate challenges with confidence.
Physical: Build sustainable rhythms of rest, energy, and health.
Social: Cultivate meaningful relationships in ministry and beyond.
Mental: Shift from overwhelmed to focused with tools to manage your time and priorities.
In The Fulfilled Community, you’re not just learning new skills—you’re reclaiming balance, restoring joy, and stepping fully into the leader God created you to be.
You’ll also receive:
Professional-Level Workshops: Expert-led sessions on leadership, ministry, and wellness.
Weekly Live Coaching: Get personalized guidance and real-time support for the challenges you’re facing.
A Supportive Community: Join a sisterhood of clergywomen and Christian leaders who get it—and who are walking this journey with you.
And all of this is available for a fraction of the cost of traditional leadership coaching programs.
The Fulfilled Leader Framework:
Your Path to Leadership with Purpose and Peace
At the heart of our program is The Fulfilled Leader Framework—a step-by-step process designed to help you lead with confidence, clarity, and balance. Each step builds on the last, guiding you toward a life of purpose, strength, and connection.
Here’s what you’ll discover:
Spiritual Alignment: Live in step with your God-given purpose by embracing who you are and whose you are. Start your day anchored in faith and clarity.
Physical Wellness: Honor your body by cultivating simple, healthy habits that build energy and stamina to serve faithfully and well. Feel renewed and ready for all that lies ahead.
Intellectual Development: Hone your unique leadership style to confidently navigate challenges and embrace new opportunities. Lead with wisdom and skill.
Emotional Resilience: Feel and release your emotions to lead with steady strength and lasting peace. Experience true calm, even in the storm.
Social Belonging: Build meaningful relationships that create a network of support and encouragement for your journey. You're never alone on this path.
This framework isn’t just a theory—it’s a roadmap to the life and leadership you were created for.
Does this sound like you?
You’re always “on.” From the pulpit to the pews, you’re the glue holding everything together—sermons to prepare, congregants to counsel, and endless church responsibilities piling on your plate. But who’s pouring into you? It feels like no one truly sees how much you carry, day in and day out.
Your personal life takes a backseat. Time with family? A night out with friends? Even taking a breath for yourself feels impossible when ministry consumes every ounce of your energy. You love your calling, but lately, it feels like it’s stealing time from the people—and moments—that matter most.
You’re beyond exhausted. You've tried to slow down, to rest, but every time you sit still, the demands keep coming. Emails, calls, texts—they don’t stop just because you need a break. You’re running on fumes and wondering how much longer you can keep going like this.
Your spiritual well feels dry. You give, and you give, and you give. But in pouring out for others, your own connection to God feels distant. You miss those moments of deep spiritual intimacy but can’t find the time—or energy—to get them back.
Saying “no” feels like a sin. You know you’re stretched too thin, but the guilt of setting boundaries keeps you trapped in a cycle of overcommitment. Saying “yes” to everything leaves you resentful, overwhelmed, and silently questioning how long you can endure this pace.
You feel invisible in the work you do. You've made sacrifices—big ones—for your calling. Yet, despite all you’ve given, it feels like your efforts go unnoticed and unappreciated. Who sees you? Who understands the weight of what you’re carrying as a clergywoman in leadership?
It’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, and disconnected.
But hear this:
It’s not supposed to be this way.
Your work is sacred, but so are you—your health, your family, and your joy matter just as much as your calling.
Something has to change. And it starts with making space to nurture you.
Here’s the truth:
You don’t have to keep living like this.
You can lead with strength, find balance, and feel spiritually and emotionally renewed—without sacrificing the things that matter most.
Picture This Instead. . .
Imagine waking up energized, leading with clarity, and finding joy in your ministry again.
Imagine waking up each day with a sense of peace, knowing your calendar reflects your deepest values and God-given purpose. You have the energy to lead well, the space to nurture your spirit, and the time to truly be present with the people you love.
Your workweek feels manageable and fulfilling—no more than 40–45 hours—with evenings and weekends free for rest, creativity, and meaningful time with loved ones. Ministry stays within work hours because you’ve mastered confident, unshakable boundaries. You say “no” with grace and conviction, free from guilt or second-guessing.
Picture reclaiming multiple hours each week for the things that matter most: rest, exercise, creative pursuits, or simply being present. Vacations are truly restorative—free from interruptions, work calls, or emergencies that pull you back in.
You’ve discovered a sustainable rhythm that nurtures your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social health in realistic, life-giving ways. With clarity and intention, you’re showing up as the best version of yourself—energized, balanced, and ready to lead.
This is possible when you join
The Fulfilled Community.

Meet your Host: Rev. Tammy Hicks Jackson
Hi, I'm Tammy Jackson
I’m an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church serving in the North Alabama Conference.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve mentored countless women and spent more than 18 years pastoring in diverse ministry settings.
I currently serve as the chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry, and I know firsthand the unique joys and challenges female clergy face.
I’ve served in a variety of roles:
Licensed Local Pastor (rural charge)
Associate Pastor at a First Church
ATEM (Extension Ministry) role
Senior Pastor
I’ve experienced seasons of isolation and the transformative power of community. I believe authentic, supportive relationships are essential for us to lead well—and that’s what The Fulfilled Community is all about.
What Tammy Brings to the Table
Decades of Ministry Experience From mentoring and pastoring to leading as the chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry, Tammy has walked alongside clergywomen in every stage of their journey. Her experience equips her to meet women where they are and help them step boldly into where God is calling them next.
Commitment to Women’s Leadership Participation in women’s leadership groups within her home conference (like a Holiness in High Heels group that studied strong female leadership) deepened Tammy’s conviction that women don’t need to become more like men to lead well. She believes, “God calls us to lead as the women we were created to be—authentic, different, and supported.”
Empathy Through Personal Experience with Burnout Tammy knows firsthand the weight of ministry, especially when leadership feels unseen, unappreciated, or criticized. She has wrestled with self-condemnation, once believing that people rejecting her leadership meant she had failed as a leader. Reflecting on this, she says, “I thought that every ‘no’ to the direction God was calling us was my fault. But what I’ve learned is that obedience to God’s calling is my responsibility, not the outcome.” Her story of healing from burnout fuels her passion for helping clergywomen embrace rest, renewal, and resilience.
Expertise in Leadership and Wellbeing Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Christian Education, and an MDiv. She is also certified in life coaching, spiritual direction, yoga instruction, group fitness, and nutrition. This comprehensive training equips her to guide women holistically—mind, body, and spirit—toward greater leadership capacity and wellbeing.
Why She Created The Fulfilled Community
Tammy understands firsthand the challenges clergywomen face in balancing the demands of ministry with their personal wellbeing. Time and again, she has witnessed women in ministry struggling with their physical, mental, and spiritual health under the weight of their work. Reflecting on her own journey, Tammy shares, “I know what it feels like to question your leadership, to feel isolated, and to wonder if you’re ‘doing it right.’”
But she also knows the transformation that happens when you embrace your God-given identity, lean into a supportive community, and prioritize holistic care. “I’ve experienced the clarity, confidence, and strength that come from living authentically and trusting the path God has set for me,” she says.
The Fulfilled Community is the culmination of Tammy’s journey and the wisdom she’s gained along the way. It’s designed to empower clergywomen to embrace their authentic leadership, nurture their whole selves, and create a meaningful, lasting impact in their ministry and beyond.

Got Questions?
Don't worry! We got you. Here are some answers for your questions.
I'm not clergy, but I am a church leader or community leader. Can I join?
Absolutely! This community is for women who lead in all areas of life—whether it’s in a congregation, your workplace, or your family.
Leadership starts with leading yourself well, and God needs women to step into their calling in every sphere of influence. If you’re looking to reclaim your time, energy, and peace, this is the right place for you.
I'm not United Methodist clergy. Am I still welcome?
Of course! Clergywomen from all denominations and backgrounds are invited to join. Girl! We're in this together!
While we do present from a mainline, inclusive perspective, the principles of leadership, balance, and wellness transcend denominations.
But, if you’re a progressive (or semi-progressive), anti-patriarchy, anti-Christian nationalism leader, you’re going to feel right at home.
Do I have to be a woman to join?
No. Anyone who identifies as a woman or feels called to be part of this supportive community is welcome here.
That said, our content is specifically designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities that women leaders face, particularly in faith-based settings.
What if I don't consider myself a "leader"?
Leadership is about influence, not titles. Whether you’re leading a congregation, a team, a family, or simply leading yourself, you’re in a position to make an impact. This community will help you embrace your God-given gifts and lead with confidence in whatever role you’re called to.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
That’s up to you! You will get out of the community what you invest. However, most members will spend 1–2 hours a week participating in live sessions, exploring resources, or connecting with others in the community. Even a small investment of time can lead to big changes in how you lead and live.
How is this different from other coaching or leadership programs?
Unlike many coaching programs that focus solely on professional skills, The Fulfilled Community takes a holistic approach.
We address every aspect of your wellbeing—spiritual, emotional, physical, social, and mental--because your overall health impacts the quality and longevity of your leadership.
You’ll get professional-level workshops, weekly live coaching, and a supportive community, all for a fraction of the cost of traditional coaching.
What if I can't afford the membership?
We understand that finances can be tight.
Here are a few ideas to help:
Check your professional reimbursement plan or continuing education fund—this qualifies as professional development.
Explore funding options within your conference or denominational structure.
Take advantage of our monthly payment option to spread the cost over time.
Remember, the $297 Cornerstone Membership is less than the cost of one month of private coaching with most ministry professionals, and $200 less than the regular price. But if finances are truly a barrier, know that we see you and understand.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the community?
We want you to love being part of The Fulfilled Community. If you don’t feel the membership is worth more than the cost, you can cancel at any time.
Annual memberships are eligible for prorated refunds based on the time remaining in your year.
But we’re confident in the value we provide and stand by our commitment to your growth and wellbeing.
Will the price ever increase?
If you join before December 31, 2025, you’ll lock in our Cornerstone Member price for the lifetime of your membership (as long as it stays current). You’ll never pay more for as long as you remain part of the community.
But Cornerstone Membership availability expires on January 1, 2025. At that time, the regular membership price will be $497.
What if I can't make the live workshops or calls?
No problem! All workshops and group coaching sessions are recorded, so you can watch them at your convenience. Whether you’re catching up on a replay or participating in our discussion rooms, you’ll have plenty of ways to stay engaged and get the most out of your membership.
I'm worried I won't fit in. Is this the right space for me?
The Fulfilled Community is intentionally inclusive, progressive, and supportive. Whether you’re a new leader, a seasoned minister, or feeling disconnected, you’ll find a welcoming space where your experiences are validated and your voice is valued.
If you’re committed to leading with joy and grace, you belong here. We don't have to agree on all the theological, political, and social perspectives to love and respect one another. Together, we can model was diverse community looks and feels like.
Do you think I can really make changes that stick? I've tried before and failed.
We get it—lasting change can feel impossible, especially when you’ve tried and been disappointed before. The truth is, most programs fall short because they treat you as a list of tasks to fix, rather than as the whole and unique person God created you to be.
You are a spirit, you have a soul, and you live in a body. You can't be neatly boxed up! You’re interconnected, and so are the challenges you face.
Most programs focus on either leadership or wellbeing, but not both. They often teach leadership through masculine approaches that don’t consider women’s unique strengths, or they offer cookie-cutter solutions to health and stress that assume “one size fits all.”
That’s not how we work. This community is different. Here, you’ll find:
A holistic approach: We address both leadership and wellbeing, helping you thrive in every part of your life.
Personalized strategies: You’ll discover your unique leadership style and learn how to manage stress and care for your wellbeing in ways that truly work for you.
Step-by-step support: You’re never alone. With practical tools, expert guidance, and weekly accountability, we walk with you every step of the way to build habits and rhythms that last.
Change is possible—and this time, you don’t have to do it on your own. Together, we’ll create a life and leadership model that fits who you are and empowers you to lead and live with joy.
