The Approach
Simplicity is key when getting started, there will be no over complicated advanced information to boggle your mind during this 6-week programme. There is so much information 'out there', so, we at FlighFit aim to provide the most useful information in it's simplest form

There are 10,080 minutes in a week, all we ask is you find 90 of those minutes (minimum) to commit to working out.
Even better, find an additional 150 more minutes to get outside and move even MORE
Follow along workouts will appear in your app space daily, all you have to do is get your trainers on, click on the app and go!
You will need a set of dumbells, a resistance band and an activation band to get the most out of the programme but you can select workouts in the gym or bodyweight sessions
Fuel RIGHT
We believe, to a certain degree, sacrifices have to be made to start the process of making your body a fat burning machine...and we believe you know that too.
Mentally making the best decisions with your food leads to success too; just the knowledge that you are eating well inspires you to keep going, and when you start to feel healthier, stronger, fitter and the fat loss starts, you will gain momentum and motivation to keep going
A body in a higher state of nutrition will burn fuel more efficiently, your brain will be more active from good fats and muscles more recovered with protein. Simple guidance as to WHY this happens will be shared in the app through bite-sized information posts.
An in app follow-along meal plan will be on your app space to guide you through best meal choices with the ability to swap out recipes from the 500 strong menu.

ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
No FUSS Fat Loss - Summer School
Join the motivated team of women ready to take on the 6 -weeks of Summer like no other... we are going to Power up and NOT take a huge break and feel like we just have to start all over again in September, we are going to git the ground running, fly into the second half of this year with sass, attitude and fire with the Summer School edition of the No FUSS Fat Loss programme
At it's core the 6 weeks are run in the exact same way as the previous editions of the No FUSS Fat Loss Formula... with the simple rules of move more, fuel right with no excuses where you can use the app for daily accountability, access your workouts, message coach and find hundreds of meal ideas for your quality baseline nutrition.
For Summer School, there is a new selection of daily workouts plus a 'Netflix' style way of selecting what you do. You can stick to the challenge workouts and do the prescribed one for each day, or you can head into the library of workouts and select your chosen one by category. If you want to focus on using dumbells, there will be a section of just dumbell workouts, or maybe you want to hit just 10 minutes every day, you can access the 'DM10' workout collection, or head to the Pilates or Yoga style workout collection if that suits your vibe better.
Success comes from creating habits, seeing those habits, being mindful of them daily and being able to check them off each evening brings that success and of course being signed up amongst fellow 'students' who are here for the same ride.

Also included in this edition is the 3 day a week gym training programme comprised of some of Danni's favourite combo's with bonus 10 minute HIIT sets. Each workout can be dragged and dropped to the day you want to do it, marked as complete so you can track your progress, another marker of success.

NEW - The Mindset Series
This might be the whole reason you are here, or maybe it's the bit that scares you the most... but scary is good! It's where we learn, it's how we make long term change and get positive outcomes. It is completely optional but I will be honest - the exercise and food bits are simple enough, and guaranteed MANY of you absolutely KNOW what to eat and what not to eat - it's making the choices that's the hard bit. So, that's where it's not always easy and that's where the mindset comes in - it's the mindset work that makes the hard become easier... with practice, repetition, learning about what to do and knowing the right questions to ask of yourself.
Each week there will be a focus on an element of mindset - the rules are simple, we know what to do but often it's our mindset that effects our choosing to apply what's best. So in summer school we delve deeper into HOW we do things and what we think about to achieve. There will be a weekly task set on a Sunday, you then do the work that week and the following week you reflect and move on to the next week. It wont be about time-consuming work, it's meant to help save you time to enjoy your summer more!
OR, you may just want the fitness workouts, or the nutrition or both, but if you want to start to learn more about YOU, then you can take on the mindset challenge too, you don't have to share anything. It's self development guided by my articles and talks and tasks.

Meet your coach
Danni Evans

Danni is a highly experienced coach who has supported thousands of women through group exercise and one-to-one coaching, both online and in person.
Her passion lies in helping others succeed, just as she has, and she is dedicated to guiding and supporting them to reach their goals. Having gone through her own personal transformation, including significant weight fluctuations during three pregnancies and the emotional and physical challenges of closing the gym she ran with her husband due to the pandemic, Danni deeply understands how others may feel. However, she also knows how amazing they can feel if they give themselves the chance. She is passionate about helping people find discipline without resorting to overly complicated methods, fad diets, or quick fixes.
Danni's determined and hard-working approach is reflected in her coaching style, where she holds her clients accountable and doesn’t entertain excuses.
That said, she acknowledges valid challenges or obstacles her clients face, and with a willing mindset, these can be overcome. Together, she works with her clients to find solutions and achieve success, no matter the odds. A phrase that resonates deeply with Danni is:
"If you show up, I can help – but I can’t help you show up."
Danni can provide all the tools, guidance, and nutritional advice needed to succeed, but the commitment to show up must come from you.
With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Danni has gained extensive knowledge from working on the gym and studio floor, lecturing in both colleges and the private sector, and running her own facility locally.
Academically, she has studied a wide range of disciplines, including menopause, Pilates, strength coaching, bootcamps, pole dancing, and anti-gravity fitness. Danni also holds a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Sport & Exercise Science, specialising in Advanced Coaching Methods, Nutrition, and Fitness Assessment.

For the main follow-along programme you will need a pair of dumbells of approx 5 - 6kg, experienced users would benefit from having a heavier pair 8-10kg too.
You will also need a long resistance band, activation band and mini-ball
If you choose to follow the gym programme you will need access to a fully equipped gym with cardio, resistance machines, dumbells and bar-bells
If you choose the home-gym programme you will need access to a selection of weights dumbells, bar & plates and resistance bands
There is a selection of core and bodyweight workouts that do not require equipment
The main food menu in-app is based around a balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats. The menu meets the requirements of a meat eater including chicken, fish and red meat and eggs and dairy products such as greek yogurt, cottage cheese and more. A full Vegan recipe download is also available in the resources alongside a downloadable one for a 'normal' diet.
All recipes in-app can be swapped out for others on the app where there are vegan/vegetarian options. Most recipes can also be simply amended when preparing food by using a vegan substitute
Be prepared to eat plenty of nutritionally dense food - the better the food is, the more you can eat!
Alcohol - for the best results - NO. But, if you want a drink, no problem.. just accept a different result.
You will have the ability to track your habits with a tap of your phone, add workouts as activities on your app space and you will submit a photo once a week to track the physical changes. Photos will only be seen by coach and yourself. Photos will only be shared if the client has given consent once the challenge is complete
