What are EFT Level 1 and Level 2?
These Level 1 and 2 courses conform to the rigorous certification training stipulated by EFT International, the world's leading professional EFT organisation.
Level 1 is an introductory course which teaches you basic EFT techniques. This is for you if you wish only to work on yourself, friends and family.
Level 2 goes deeper into the techniques and teaches you all the foundational skills you will need to practise in order to get certified as an EFT Practitioner. This is for you if you want to learn how to use EFT really effectively to handle a multitude of different problems for your clients and yourself, whether that's depression, emotional eating, anxiety, relationship struggles and so much more.
This combined Level 1 and 2 training is the first stage to getting your accredited certificate as an EFT practitioner.

About Alice
I’m in my happy place when teaching and helping people.
In this course I combine my teaching skills from my former career teaching adults English in Asia with my experience as an EFT practitioner helping women overcome their blocks to leading lives full of joy. I’ve been tapping for 14 years and am known for my analytical and compassionate approach.
With decades of experience in teaching and facilitating group learning, I’ll pace the day to optimise your learning.
As a trainer, I am good at seeing the big picture, then zoning in and spotting exactly what people need to do to improve their skills.

FAQs
We will be meeting online for Level 1 4 times for 3 hours each session, 9 am – 12:30 pm UK (Wednesday mornings). Dates: January 21st 2026, January 28th, February 4th, February 11th
Level 2 will be online 4 times for 3 hours each session, 9 am - 12:30 pm UK (Wednesday mornings). Dates: February 25th 2026, March 4th, March 11th, March 18th
If you wish to work towards accreditation, please attend all of the sessions live. In exceptional circumstances you may be able to make up the learning if you are unable to avoid missing a session due to illness, etc. This course is intensive and the live sessions will mainly involve practical skills and cannot easily be made up.
After attending this training course, I can give you a certificate of attendance for either Level 1 or both Level 1 and 2. This will not qualify you to be a practitioner. If you would like accredited certified Practitioner status from EFT International, you have 12 months from the end of the Level 2 training course to complete the following steps:
Complete 50 logged sessions of EFT practice
Submit 4 case studies to Alice (no additional cost)
Complete 6 hours of group mentoring with Alice (additional cost of £147)
Online multiple choice exam (£15 paid directly to EFTi)
Membership of EFTi (£45 paid yearly to EFTi)

I will support this cohort every step of the way, helping you get set up with practice partners, guiding you with case studies, and making sure you get everything done as effortlessly as possible and in a timely fashion – there will be no last-minute rushes and horrible pressure!
Yes, I can arrange a payment plan for the Combined Level 1 and 2 and for the VIP option.
EFTi Level 1 is a prerequisite to attending the Level 2 course. If you have completed Level 1 with another EFT International trainer and would like to attend my Level 2, please contact me to have a chat about it.
