Motum Health’s Restore Program is a unique blend of mindful movement, functional strength, and dynamic fitness. Designed to complement your physical health journey, this program supports recovery, aids injury prevention, and helps you build resilience in both body and mind. Whether you're healing from an injury, enhancing your performance, or simply looking to restore your vitality, the Restore Program offers a path to holistic wellness.

Core Elements of the Restore Program

  • Hatha Vinyasa Yoga: Experience a harmonious blend of strength and flow, designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and mental clarity. With a focus on alignment and breath, Hatha Vinyasa helps release tension and fosters a sense of grounding, balance, and calm.

  • Pilates for Core Stability: Strengthen from the centre out. Pilates sessions will build core strength, improve posture, and enhance body awareness—essential elements for recovery and performance that protect against future injury.

  • Calisthenics & Functional Fitness: Build strength, endurance, and mobility using bodyweight movements designed for real-life functionality. These sessions focus on controlled, precise movement patterns to enhance performance and overall resilience.

✅ All classes must be booked in advance. If no one is booked, the class will not run—please don’t turn up without booking!

✅ Book as early as possible! If you are the first to book only an hour before, the class may not go ahead.
