Daily breakdown

Day 1: A gentle shift inward

We begin by slowing things down.
You’ll be guided through a short audio and simple reflections to help you step out of the habit of fixing or overgiving… and start noticing what you feel and need.

Day 2: Return to your body

Through a soft, mindful flow, you’ll begin releasing tension and reconnecting with your body.
This is where you start to feel more grounded, steady, and at ease without needing to overextend yourself.

Day 3: Feeling safe to receive

We close with a calming meditation and gentle reflection. A space to soften, integrate, and begin opening up to relationships that feel more balanced, mutual, and supportive.

Hey, I'm Vanessa

A yoga teacher of 10 years, and someone who understands what it feels like to overgive and rescue in relationships.

For a long time, I searched for love by giving more of myself, hoping to feel chosen, valued and enough in return. Over time, I realised the pattern wasn’t really about other person but it started with the relationship I had with myself.

Through yoga, movement, breathwork, and healing practices, I slowly began reconnecting with myself in a different way, learning how to feel safe, grounded, and more balanced in my relationships.

That’s why I created this gentle 3-day journey to help you begin your own shift toward feeling more valued, connected, and supported.
