FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I place an international order?
A: We admit that we didn't think this one through when we included shipping in the price. To ship outside of the US, just place your order, and then if you want to help with the international shipping costs, you can send an extra $20 via PayPal. (Since it was our mistake, we'll send it either way, but we appreciate it!)
Q: What style/size are the t-shirts?
A: The t-shirts are unisex, so order the unisex size that usually fits you best. Since it's a pre-order, we won't choose the exact brand and style until it goes to the printer. But it will be something close to this.
Q: I can't get the cart or PayPal link to work on my phone.
A: Some people have had trouble putting through orders on their phones, especially when using the Facebook app. Since we came of age in the early 2000's, we believe that everything works better on a computer (and that seems to be the case here). But if you must use your phone, try using a browser rather than the Facebook app.
Q: I tried all these things and I still can't get it to work.
A: Sorry you're having trouble! If for whatever reason you can't get the cart to work, here's a workaround: Just send $25 for each t-shirt and $40 for each vinyl album via PayPal here, and include your shipping address and t-shirt size(s) in the notes. (For international orders, please add $20 shipping).
Q: Can you sign my vinyl album?
A: We wish we could do this! But since we're all scattered across the country it would be really hard to pull off without paying for postage 4 times and risking damaging the records.
Q: When will pre-orders ship?
A: We'll have an estimate after we place the orders with the t-shirt company and the vinyl manufacturer, after the pre-order ends on July 31. Most likely t-shirts will ship this fall, and vinyl will ship in late 2023 or early 2024, since there are still production delays for vinyl everywhere.
Q: What if my shipping address changes or PayPal used the wrong address for me?
A: Send your name and the correct shipping address to us at [email protected] and we'll make a note of it.
Q: Will there ever be a reunion tour?
A: The short answer is, we don't know! Right now, we’re doing what feels good to all of us. We have more ideas in the works, and maybe at some point in the future we’ll have some kind of reunion. But for now we’re happy to be celebrating 20 years and honoring Remember Who I Am.
Q: What's so special about the 20th Anniversary Vinyl?
A: The 20th Anniversary Vinyl has been meticulously remastered to ensure the highest sound quality, and it's also limited edition. So if you're a Girlyfan and the album meant something to you, we think it's worth having even if you don't yet own a record player.
