I’m a Prediabetes and GLP-1 Weight Loss Coach, and I help busy men and women manage A1C, blood sugar, energy, brain fog, and weight — with or without GLP-1 medications.
My work focuses on the things that actually drive long-term results: how you eat, move, manage stress, and build habits that fit real life. For some people, GLP-1s can be a helpful tool along the way. For others, they’re not part of the plan at all. Either way, medication is never the whole solution.
