For those who give a lot, hold a lot, and are ready to honor the pause that allows for celebration, together.
The Inner Compass is not a retreat for fixing, healing, or becoming someone new, but a space to soften, arrive, and honor who you already are. Indulge in a pause long enough to recognize and celebrate the beauty, passion, and accomplishments that already exist in your life, without needing to change a thing (or prove anything). Held in a supportive, grounded community, this experience offers space to be present, to be witnessed, and to recognize that your inner compass has already led you somewhere meaningful.

Your Practice
Daily practices are designed to feel grounding, supportive, and alive. You’ll experience a blend of flow, yin, meditation, and somatic yoga, all offered without pressure to perform, push, or “do it right.”
A core element of this retreat is somatic yoga, one of Taylor’s specialties. This yoga-like approach follows sensation and intuition rather than strict instruction, inviting movement that feels honest, expressive, and freeing. The experience is often playful and surprisingly powerful — creating space for trust, self-honor, and celebration.
Taylor is known for her grounded presence and her ability to hold space that feels both safe and expansive. Within that container, many people find themselves accessing a level of openness, authenticity, and self-recognition they didn’t expect — moments where the truest version of themselves is free to emerge and be celebrated.
Erika has a gift for creating experiences that feel welcoming, expressive, and quietly powerful, where movement becomes an invitation rather than a demand. Together, the practices offer space for presence, permission, and genuine celebration.

Connection Circles
Connection circles are a core part of this retreat, and honestly, where the magic happens. These guided gatherings are where we slow down, drop in, laugh, reflect, and actually get to know one another (yes, really), creating the kind of community that makes the week feel unforgettable. At times, we’ll weave in gentle somatic or sensory elements to help moments of recognition and celebration really land, not just in your head but in your body. Always optional, but highly encouraged, these circles are a big part of what sets Taylor and Erika’s retreats apart and what turns this into so much more than just a yoga getaway.
