This circle will give you a safe place to:
♡ Express your feelings and emotions without judgement
♡ Feel less lonely and be completely open
♡ Ask questions about your grief journey
♡ Connect with others experiencing loss
The Group will meet for about 90 minutes per session for 8 weeks. Registration is open now for up to 10 people.
We keep the group small to be sure you have time to share or listen, learn healthy coping techniques, and feel less alone.
Get to Know You Call
Before joining the circle, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 30-minute "get to know you" call.
This private conversation gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, gently explore where you are on your grief journey, and ensure the circle will feel supportive and appropriate for you at this time. I’ll also share more about how the program works and answer any questions you may have.
Not every support offering is right for every season, and this call allows us to decide—together—whether the circle is the best next step for you.
