Hi, I’m Stephanie! 👋🏼
I help people explore how mindfulness can support them in living life more fully and with a greater sense of well-being, ease, and joy.
Mindfulness is at the core of my approach, both in clinic and in how I live my daily life. I’ve been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Victoria since 2000 and founded my clinic, Elements of Health Centre, in 2006. I am a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor through Brown University and regularly lead mindfulness programming and retreats on Vancouver Island and online.
