1:1 Coaching

Need a little extra support?

Sometimes self-led resources aren't enough - you may need someone in your corner who understands what you're going through and can give you structure as you rebuild your normal. We offer specialist 1:1 burnout recovery coaching in a simple package of six sessions, paid upfront with flexible booking.

If you're stuck in a stop-start recovery loop and rest is not refreshing, 1:1 coaching is a powerful way to rebuild and protect your capacity.

Book a 30 minute Clarity Call

If we agree this is the right support for you, you'll receive a working agreement and payment link.

You can then book your fortnightly calls to suit you.

I have limited capacity, if I'm not the right person for you, I will recommend appropriate support.

Ashleigh Hayden, PCC

I’m Ashleigh Hayden, an ICF PCC accredited Behavioural Coach and Burnout Recovery Educator with a special interest in stress management and burnout recovery.

I built The Burnout Antidote because I burned out and I didn’t know where to find the right help, what to look for, or how to get back to feeling like myself. Recovery took far longer than it needed to, largely because the guidance available was either vague, overly clinical, or wrapped in productivity pep talks and shame.

Now I translate what burnout actually feels like into practical, evidence-informed support that people can use in real life. Through The Burnout Antidote, I get to:

create guided recovery pathways for people rebuilding after burnout

train HR Professionals to respond with clarity, confidence and care - for themselves and their people

support Wellness Practitioners to work safely, spot risk early, and know who, where and when to refer

offer 1:1 coaching for people who need a little extra support alongside self-led resources
