Refund Policy for Clairvoyant Demonstrations and One-on-One Readings

Clairvoyant Demonstrations

  1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased for clairvoyant demonstrations are non-refundable or date transferable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued.
  2. Event Cancellation: In the event that the clairvoyant demonstration is canceled by the organiser, ticket holders will be able to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date or a future event of equal value.
  3. Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified promptly and given the option to attend the rescheduled event or a future event of equal value.

One-on-One Readings

  1. 24-Hour reschedule Policy: Clients who wish to reschedule their one-on-one reading must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a the option to reschedule the appointment.
  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund. However, at the discretion of Jodie, clients may be offered the option to reschedule their appointment for a later date.
  3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled one-on-one reading without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will forfeit the full fee for the reading.
  4. Rescheduling: Clients who need to reschedule their one-on-one reading must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within this time frame will be accommodated based on Jodie's availability.
  5. Reader Cancellations: If the reader needs to cancel a scheduled one-on-one reading, clients will be notified as soon as possible and Jodie will reschedule the appointment.

General Policies

  1. Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the booking platform where the appointment or ticket was purchased. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. Clairvoyant Demonstrations refunds will be be granted
  2. Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, illness, government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling options will be provided at the discretion of the organiser or Jodie Godden.
  3. Third-Party Purchases: Please do not purchase tickets through third-party vendors or platforms, without checking with Jodie or the event organiser. The organiser or Jodie is not responsible for refunds or rescheduling of tickets or appointments purchased through third-party vendors or scammers.

By purchasing a ticket for a clairvoyant demonstration or booking a one-on-one reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy

What Happens Next?

Thank you for booking a clairvoyant demonstration! Here’s what you can expect leading up to and during the event:

  1. Confirmation Email: You will not receive a confirmation email with your ticket details, so dont panic. Just take a screen shot of your payment page ads your proof of purchase .
  2. Arrival Instructions: Plan to arrive at the venue at least 15-30 minutes before the event starts. This will give you ample time to find your seat, settle in, and get comfortable.
  3. Seating: Seating is generally on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified. Arriving early will give you a better chance of securing a preferred seat.
  4. What to Bring: Bring a copy of your screen shot on your mobile device. You might also want to bring a notepad and pen if you wish to jot down any messages or insights received during the demonstration.
  5. During the Event: The demonstration will begin with an introduction, followed by Jodie connecting with spirits and delivering messages. The session is interactive, so feel free to engage and ask questions if invited to do so.
  6. Respect and Etiquette: Please be respectful to Jodie and other attendees. Maintain a quiet and attentive demeanor during the readings to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
  7. After the Event: There may be an opportunity to ask additional questions or provide feedback. If you were particularly moved or have further inquiries, you might be able to speak briefly with Jodie, time permitting.
  8. Follow-Up: If you wish to book a one-on-one reading or attend future events, information will be provided at the end of the demonstration on how to do so.
  9. Feedback: Your feedback is valuable! During the event, you will receive a survey requesting your thoughts on the experience. Your insights help us improve and provide the best possible service. plus leave your details you you will be entered into a draw for a freebie

Terms and Conditions for Clairvoyant Demonstrations and One-on-One Readings

  2. Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older to attend on of Jodie's clairvoyant demonstration or receive a one-on-one reading.
  3. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during a reading will be kept confidential. However, please be aware that in group demonstrations, information shared may be heard by others.
  4. No Guarantees: While every effort will be made to provide accurate and insightful readings, no guarantees are offered regarding the accuracy of the information provided. The client is responsible for any actions taken based on the reading.
  5. Personal Responsibility: Clients are advised to use their own judgment and intuition when applying the information provided during readings. Jodie is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the client as a result of the reading.
  6. Health and Well-being: Clairvoyant readings with Jodie are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing health issues, please consult with a licensed healthcare professional.
  7. Cancellation Policy:

    • Demonstrations: Tickets for demonstrations are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation by the organiser, an alternative date will be offered.
    • One-on-One Readings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be refunded.
  8. Right to Refuse Service: Jodie reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at her discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
  9. Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled reading. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session.
  10. Recording Devices: Recording of the session (audio or video) is not permitted without prior consent from Jodie.
  11. Respectful Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during demonstrations and readings. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of the session without a refund.
  12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly to stay informed with any of Jodie's updates.

By attending a clairvoyant demonstration or booking a one-on-one reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

12-Week Mentoring Program Contract

Effective Date:
Duration: 12 Weeks

Program Overview: This contract outlines the terms and conditions for the 12-week Mentoring Program conducted by Jodie Godden. The program consists of one session per week, each lasting  1 hour, at a cost of £100 per session.

Payment Terms:

  1. Total Cost: The total cost for the 12-week program is £1,200.
  2. Payment Schedule: Payments can be made monthly by Bank transfer, cash or in full (£1,200) at the start of the program.
  3. Missed Sessions: If a session is missed without giving at least 24 hours' notice,  that session will be forfeited.

Rescheduling and Holidays:

  1. Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule a session by providing at least 1 weeks' notice. Efforts will be made to accommodate the participant's preferred rescheduling time.
  2. Holidays: Participants are allowed to take up to 2 holidays during the 12-week program. These sessions can be rescheduled without penalty, provided that notice is given 4 weeks in advance where ever possible.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Participant: If the participant wishes to cancel their participation in the program, they must provide written notice. Any unused sessions will not be refunded.
  2. Cancellation by Jodie: In the event that Jodie needs to cancel a session, the participant will be offered a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time.

Confidentiality: All personal information and details shared during the sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without the participant's explicit consent.

Liability: Jodie Godden is not liable for any outcomes or decisions made by the participant based on the insights or guidance provided during the sessions. The participant agrees to take full responsibility for their actions and decisions.

Agreement: By starting this 12 week mentoring course, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
