Alex is the founder of Beyond the Binary that helps schools, companies, families and individuals around LGBTQIA+ Inclusion, this is provided through training, consultancy and public speaking so that everyone can be seen and heard unapologetically as they are.
Alex has 10 years experience of working with vulnerable adults and young people in all different sections, becoming a manager in a residential setting to help support people to overcome trauma, access education, work and have a happy and fulfilled life. Alex's message of being seen and heard authentically has been shared with thousands of people - they have given people the skills, knowledge, awareness and permission to get things wrong, so that we can get things right!
Kim is a plus size fitness pro that has the audacity to NOT DIET.
Kim's business, Body Image Fitness, has a diverse team committed to helping you break free from harmful diet culture and embrace a happier relationship with food and your body.
She is also the founder of the Body Image Fitness Disruptor Scheme, providing instructor training in non-diet fitness.

Ngozi Lyn Cole believes that everyone has the passion and potential to achieve their ambition and sees her ‘why’ as supporting individuals and organisations to do just that.
A self-employed coach and leadership catalyst, Ngozi also holds a number of non-executive posts including Chair of the North East Justice Together Initiative and Vice-Chair of the South Tyneside & Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust.
She spent 18 years at the National Lottery Community Fund holding several roles, including England Director until February 2017. She has significant experience of leadership and executive coaching; running action learning sets; developing and implementing strategy; organisational and leadership development; change management; collaboration and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
More recently Ngozi has worked with funders and a wide range of organisations across the voluntary, private and public sectors on their leadership, strategy and EDI including anti-racism journeys. She uses her platforms to encourage us all to help create a more inclusive world for everyone. Her deeply personal EDI ambition is to leave the world a better place for our future generations.
Mahnur loves the third sector! She is Volunteers & Operations Coordinator at Young Asian Voices (YAV) Sunderland, a trustee at both WWIN Domestic Abuse Services and Friends of the Drop In (FODI) Sunderland, the founder of MSA and co-founder of Gen D CIC.
Mahnur has over 14 years of experience and passion combined in Finance, Voluntary Sector Engagement, Inclusion and Digital.
In October 2023 she gained the Young Asian Voices Award in the ABC Annual Awards 23.
Young Asian Voices (YAV) Sunderland is an award winning BAME project, celebrating 25 years of diversity, community and social work. Their mission is developing young people and transforming diverse communities through sport, employability, training, culture, youth empowerment and volunteering.
Gen D CIC's mission is engaging communities in digital arts to nurture creative imagination and develop digital confidence by providing accessible provisions to support their journey in becoming successful digital artists.

Christina is a resilience coach and breathwork facilitator, who will help you to thrive in your energetic zone of genius.

Holly has been working for Celebrate Difference since 2021 and has found a passion for working with neurodivergent youth to create a place where they can learn and thrive without having to mask or change who they are.
Growing up neurodivergent (whether you knew it or not) can be overwhelming - but then you hit things like managing money, creating healthy relationships and taking care of you and it can all feel like a bit much.
Holly is using her experience to provide workshops and space for other neurodivergent young people to thrive.

By purchasing a ticket to this event you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions stated below.
General
The Terms and Conditions laid down below, apply to any person or guest that has purchased a ticket to Happier Life Live North East roadshow October 2024.
Cancellation by you
Your event payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your booking at any time providing that we are notified of the cancellation in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us.
- Cancellation made until 60 days before the starting date: 50% of the total amount refundable.
- Within fewer than 60 days before the starting date: 100% of the full amount is NOT refundable.
There are NO refunds available for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions, medical, personal, family, work emergencies, change of mind.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel the event, in which case we will offer a FULL refund of all money paid within 20 working days. In particular our event requires a minimum number of people to have booked by 30 days before the start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date we may cancel and refund the money to you.
In the event of our cancellation of the event due to any exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, terrorist activity, civil/political unrest, global pandemic or travel restrictions, FULL amount or deposit will be reimbursed.
Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
All travel and accommodation arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel.
