With a BSc in Nutrition and a Master’s in Exercise Sciences, I’ve studied how food and movement work together to reduce body fat and improve health. I’ve been a personal trainer, nutrition coach, college instructor, and health presenter for decades — and now I help women just like you lose weight, feel strong, and thrive as they age.
