Now as I begin my own menopause journey, I want to understand it as much as possible so I can make the right healthy choices for me. I have recently qualified as a Menopause movement Coach and want to share everything I have learned with as many women as possible so we can thrive on this journey together.

This booklet will help you develop your UNDERSTANDING on each pillar. Help you identify what to FOCUS on and look at the key action steps you can take to THRIVE in each area.

There is nothing extreme, we don't believe in banning anything and a good health plan should fit in to your life NOT take over it.

These are just small changes you can look at bringing in to your life so you can work on being as healthy and happy as possible.
