Hi Karen. I would recommend this to anyone. Having "sputtered" my way through it I am definitely stronger and my balance has improved a lot - although this may not be obvious! Am going to keep on with the slow and squeeze and have a list of flexi things that I add to my morning stretch. Plus the drinks and cold showers - well, sort of. I was initially quite dismayed at the number of moves I couldn't do - eg, anything using shoulders like rapid recovery, and ankles and wrist stuff, but got over myself and just sorted out what suited. and that has made such a difference. Loved the dance. I feel you do have to make a really sincere commitment to this program. The first month seemed a bit relentless with a lot of new stuff every day, and I was scrambling to catch up at times. But then got the hang of it and really looked forward to what would come next. Having just completed the three months Menostrong program, I wanted to thank you for encouraging me to take part. Even though I could not do all the harder exercises, due to my age, 78, and some injuries, I managed with your help to still complete the program.
I have found it really beneficial and I feel stronger and fitter than I was a few years ago, I liked the variety of exercises and the added wellness information was particularly useful. Having others in the group to encourage me when I got covid and got behind was very helpful.

I'm not fit, can I do this?
Yes, we'll show you how to adapt and work out the right level exercise for you. This is for people who are sedentary, or mildly active.

I'm injured, can I do this?
This will depend on your injury, or aches and pains. Contact us and tell us about your issue.
Most exercises can be modified and you may just need to miss some out while you rehab.
I don't have much time, how can I fit this in?
Our workouts are designed to be done in 15 minutes, using the latest strength science. You have the choice to set up a daily workout schedule or to start with just 2 days a week and work up as you start to get hooked by your results!
Will this help me lose weight?
This is not a weight loss program, but as you get stronger and apply the Healthy Eating tips and recipes to your lifestyle you will find that your posture improves and your weight should come down. Weight loss after Menopause if not easy but it can be done.
Do I need equipment?
We recommend you get a mat, some weights and a roll. It's also handy to have other equipment as you progress but not essential. It's made to do at home.
If you already go to the gym you can do all these on the machines.
How does it work?
Everyone starts on the same day, where you'll learn the exercises, set up a schedule and assess your strength and flexibility (We help you).
The Bonuses get slowly released as you go through the program.
What would a typical week look like?
This is the schedule for month 1, each month getting harder and bringing in HIIT Cardio work, but at your level - it's safe and effective.
When does it start?
Will I get bombarded with emails?
NO. In the set up week you will get emails. After that we send you very few and none of them are trying to sell you something. They add value.
If you use Outlook for your emails you will have to search for our emails, even the start ones.
