The Strong & Flex Method
Inside Strong & Flex, we DON'T just stretch, and we don’t just build muscle. We train your body as a system, integrating three key pillars:
🔥 STRENGTH: Because flexibility without strength is unstable. You’ll build control, endurance, and power so that you own every movement, instead of sinking into poses passively.
🌀 MOBILITY: Because it’s not just about how far you can stretch—it’s about how well you can move. We train an active range of motion, making sure your joints are strong, supported, and functional.
🧘🏻♀️ FLEXIBILITY: Because you want more range—and you’ll get it. But in a way that’s safe, sustainable, and effective. We go beyond passive stretching, using strength and mobility to unlock deeper movement.
Nothing would make me happier than all of you becoming the Strong & Flex students, but... I know this program is NOT for everyone (and that's kinda the point). Check the table on the right to see if it is a fit.

1. Who is Strong & Flex for?
This program is for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility, strength, and mobility—whether you're a yogi, athlete, or someone who wants to move better. If you’re tired of random stretching routines and want a structured approach that actually delivers results, this is for you!
2. Do I need to be flexible or strong to join?
NO! This program is designed for all levels. Whether you're just starting or already have experience, Strong & Flex will meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively.
3. How much time do I need to commit?
Each session is 45 minutes. The key is consistency and quality of movement, not quantity—if you show up and commit, you’ll see results.
4. What equipment do I need?
You’ll need a yoga mat, blocks, a strap, a blanket, a chair, and a wall nearby. But don't worry, everything can be modified if you don’t have certain equipment!
5. How is this different from other yoga or flexibility programs?
Unlike traditional yoga classes that focus only on passive stretching, Strong & Flex integrates strength and mobility work, ensuring you build control and resilience—not just flexibility. It’s a structured, progressive program designed to help you unlock movement in a way that lasts.
6. Is this program live or pre-recorded?
It is a series of 8 live classes, they are recorded and recordings are then uploaded to a folder (available for another 2 months). You’ll receive 2 links upon registering - one for live Zoom classes & other for the recordings folder.
7. Is there any support or community included?
YES! Strong & Flex is not just a “come to the class and disappear” program. It is a community! There is a Telegram group support where we cheer each other on and share challenges/breakthroughs. I’m always there to support and answer any questions you might have.
