MEET THE FOUNDER
As well as the BFFs Collective, Rachael Palmer is the Founding Director of BlackMaven CIC, an organisation providing business start-up & project management support primarily for Black and Global Majority Founders, helping them to create positive impact and social change.
"I’m passionate about supporting people with their entrepreneurial dreams, visions, and goals. I'm a believer in the power of community & collaboration - which is why I'm so excited to continue connecting BFFs together for mutual growth and support."
A serial side hustler and uber do-oer Rachael also Co-host on Colourful Radio, presenting The Business Mix show and is the Founder of Black Nail Techs UK, which will be the first comprehensive directory of all Black nail professionals in the UK. Rachael is the current Chair of JustBe a women's self-development and empowerment organisation and is also General Manager at Impact Brixton - Europe's only large-scale, Black-owned, Co-working space!
