We deep dive into your health history and wellness goals based on your responses to an Initial Questionnaire prior to our first session. Right from the start, this will provide us with insights into the possible root causes of your primary health concerns.

After we analyze the results from a comprehensive Nutrition Assessment (NAQ) as well as a Food & Mood Journal, I present your personalized diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. We collaborate on what you may want to change or add so that your plan is realistic and sustainable.

In addition to your wellness plan, I present a live, in-depth crash course on the importance of balancing blood sugar and strategies for nurturing this foundation of health. Includes interactive learning materials for future reference.

In this second part of my crash course, we discuss specific techniques that you can practice in any environment and are proven to improve energy levels, mood stability, weight management, appetite, and cravings.

What is the NAQ?
The Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire consists of 300+ multiple-choice questions that provide deep insight on your symptoms and concerns. Clients find the visuals helpful in understanding their underlying burdens and connecting them back to their symptoms. (Results will vary depending on your effort and body's response when implementing your customized protocol.

In some states, an NTP can refer to themselves as a nutritionist. I cannot in North Carolina :) Typically, a nutritionist is trained to focus on general health and lifestyle advice that supports the general public.
As an NTP, my education and training equip me to adopt a holistic approach to health, which allows me to consider all aspects of a client’s well-being. This means that instead of applying a one-size-fits-all methodology, I delve deep into the individual’s health history, lifestyle, and dietary habits to uncover the underlying causes of their health concerns.
Yes! Participants of the Glucose Gold Plan will have the opportunity to schedule individual follow-up sessions at their leisure at a discounted rate. This is a great option if you want to continue receiving personalized guidance, fine-tune your progress, and stay accountable as you work toward long-term health and balance.
I provide nutritional therapy to all adults, male or female, over the age of 17. All my services are provided virtually via video call and email, so I can serve to all U.S. residents. I do not provide to international clients at this time.
We are self-pay at this time. However, in many cases, you can use HSA (Health Savings Account) funds for nutrition and wellness programs if they are considered medically necessary. See your HSA provider to confirm eligibility.
If you decide to withdraw from the program after starting the first Initial Interview session, for any reason whatsoever, this must be communicated in writing before the agreed date of the second session. You will remain responsible only for the pro rata share of the program that has been delivered. I will refund the cost of the remainder of the program within 30 days. From the start of the second session and thereafter, you will not be eligible for a refund.
