Imperium Lux is not a rebrand, it’s a redirection.
I have been studying and teaching mindfulness CBT practice for a decade now and I started off when I became qualified in a small community centre with a handful of people. Over the last 8 years, I have coached hundreds of women and corporate professionals, whether that’s through 1:1 sessions, group online programs, in-person events, or at my seasonal woodland retreats.
In January 2025, I ran an event which was a bit different from my standard mindfulness CBT retreats and coaching. It was solely focused on mindset and manifestation, which attracted a different type of client, some who were regulars, but also new clients.
I knew then, when I looked around the room, there were 12 highly driven professional women looking for something more in their lives. Not more to stretch them in ways they already are, but more for themselves, for their self care and for their self development.
These women all had different career backgrounds, from accountants, lawyers and investment bankers to engineers, sales managers, dance teachers and business owners, but they also shared the same desire of wanting more for themselves. I have been birthing this process of redirecting the Imperium brand for over a year now. Spending the last year soul searching, going through personal upgrades and redefining myself as my own personal brand in the direction I want my business to move in.
And now I want to take you on that journey as Imperium Lux is born.
What is Imperium Lux?
Imperium Lux is a retreat and luxury mindset event community, where like minded professional women have a space to come and just be themselves.
