I discovered the powerful wisdom of working with the moon cycles and zodiac themes during a time of immense burnout, and now use these as a way to pause each month, reflect on what I truly want, and create intentional and aligned change.
Now, I help other women do the same through yoga, nervous system tools, self-reflection, astrology-inspired themes and moon rituals that help you feel calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself.
