Overexercising or restrictive eating in an attempt to maintain control.
Feeling out of control with food and stuck in a cycle of dieting that worsens the problem.
Avoiding social events due to concerns about your appearance or food choices.
Seeking a long-term solution but unsure of where to turn next.

In this live, 10-week online coaching group, we’ll delve into one intuitive eating principle each week through dynamic discussions and interactive activities. You’ll learn how to:
Release guilt and shame around food.
Break free from the restrict-binge cycle.
Reconnect with your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues.
Find joy in eating for nourishment and pleasure.
Build confidence in your food choices
Begin to stop hating your body and start to accept your body or feel neutral towards it

Where: Online community, with weekly 60-minute video meetings over 10 weeks.
