Join me for Yoga on Zoom

In this 60-minute class, we'll focus on gentle movement that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. We'll also do meditation and pranayama exercises. You do not need previous yoga experience to take this class. All levels welcome! All classes are recorded and will be available for on-demand viewing to students after each class.

You'll need the following for this class:

  • Yoga mat
  • Access to a wall
  • 2 yoga blocks
  • Yoga strap

Cost: $15 per person, per class
