Tuesdays at 8:00 am PACIFIC TIME
In this 60-minute class, we'll focus on gentle movement that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. We'll also do meditation and pranayama exercises. You do not need previous yoga experience to take this class. All levels welcome! All classes are recorded and will be available for on-demand viewing to students after each class.

Hi! I'm Dana Leipold, Wellness Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, and Yoga Instructor. I help people who are 50+ develop a positive mindset, fuel their bodies with good nutrition, and create a continuous movement practice. My mission is to help my clients love themselves and love their lives!
