I'm an experienced Early Years leader, coach, and manager of a nature-based kindergarten in the UK.
I know how quietly heavy leadership can feel when you're holding staff, families, safeguarding, curriculum expectations, and the emotional weight of being the person others look to.
The Nurtured Leader grew from that lived experience, and from a deep belief that when practitioners feel genuinely supported and self-aware, the children in their care thrive.
