How confident are you
in the job postings you write?
Do they help you attract the strongest, most qualified candidates for your open roles — and get those candidates excited to apply?
Or do you find yourself:
Spending hours reviewing woefully unqualified applications?
Copy/ pasting from outdated postings or generic templates?
Worrying that your language might turn off great candidates or reinforce biases?
Losing candidates to other organizations before you’ve even scheduled the first interview?
Most job posting “templates” out there aren’t built to help you hire the right people. Instead, they’re rinsing and repeating the same HR jargon that makes all of our eyes glaze over because it prioritizes legal compliance without considering factors like the human beings who are going to be reading them. Some actually make your hiring process harder.
What if you had a proven, easy-to-use framework for writing job postings that could:
✅ Help you build the most qualified, diverse applicant pool possible?
✅ Get the right candidates excited to work with you?
✅ Save you time by attracting candidates who are truly ready to hit the ground running?
I’ve got the tools for you.

"Natania's job posting process, which helps hone in on the core skills and competencies we need to hire for, has been the starting point for every open role I have had on my team. One of the main things that Natania emphasized is that there's no single path, certain degree, or years of experience for how someone can develop the competencies needed to do a job well. Now, instead of being led by common biases about how competencies are acquired, I focus on clearly and intentionally describing what qualifications we truly need and then find ways to effectively evaluate them.
Natania took the time to understand my business and our values, then made the process feel focused, approachable, and grounded. Working with Natania helped me build a strong, highly-qualified team that's truly diverse in the ways that make our work better: we each bring unique and complementary experiences to the table, approaching problems from multiple perspectives and points of entry. Having a team that's strong in this way makes our company not only more effective and resilient, but also more fun and interesting. Thanks, Natania!"

You write job postings for open roles at your organization
whether you're in HR, a hiring manager, or a team lead.

without sacrificing quality or equity.

You’re tired of wasting time
sifting through applications from unqualified candidates.

You want a clear, repeatable process
that you can use for every future job posting.

Learning this hiring process with Natania is allowing us to put in the right up-front work to create a solid, values-aligned foundation we can work off of and build on for hopefully many hiring processes to come. They’re thorough, help us translate our values into tangible processes that come across clearly to applicants, and give us the tools we need to do this work ourselves in the future.

Why learn from me
I’m Natania Malin Gazek, a people strategy consultant who specializes in equitable hiring and retention. I’ve worked with organizations from nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies to transform how they recruit, evaluate, and hire.

We'll send the training and job posting template directly to your inbox.

The candidates I’ve used this hiring process with have said they enjoyed it and felt so much more confident it than other processes they’ve been through. And the process itself has brought us more cross-functional alignment internally, driving more value for the team and the business.
Regardless of whether my company keeps expecting us to continue using this hiring process, I'm going to take what Natania taught me to my next job, because it has made me so much better at hiring.
