New experiences and higher expectations, all combined with a degree of uncertainty and self-doubt... this is all to be expected during these developmental years. 

However, with the added distractions of technology and a faster paced lifestyle, it’s become all too common for our younger generations to feel overwhelmed, overstimulated and “stressed out” on a daily basis. 

As I began to see proof of this in my private practice, I was determined to find new tools and approaches, that were simple and effective, to address this phenomenon.

Throughout my exploration over the years, I became a certified Breath Coach and Yoga trained instructor, and discovered first hand, amazingly effective and powerful Breath and Mindset tools, that were accessible and easy to use.

    • Learn important concepts about the different ways that stress shows up in the body so that they can identify their unique sensations and use them as a guide in eliminating underlying stress

              Frequently Asked Questions

              What if my child is not interested in the Self Study Program but I think it would help them?

              Great question…!! At this stage in life, I know how hard it can be sometimes for parents and their children to be on the same page about what is considered to be in their best interest. 

              The bottom line is that your child has to believe that their time is worth the investment. With that being said, I would suggest that you highlight some of the benefits that you believe your child would get from going through this program. After all, most Teens and Young Adults would like to have simple tools that can make their life easier… !! 

              It has also been my experience that it's helpful to point out that some of your child's favorite athletes or musicians, for example, have probably used some of the very same tools that I teach... tools that help overcome challenges and self doubt in order to reach goals.

              How does a Self Study Program work? Is there a time limit to access the material?

              Upon purchase of the Self Study Program, all of the videos, plus the bonuses, are immediately available for download and can be accessed by your child at any time. Each video is sequential and contains bite sized chunks of information that are easy to digest. Your child will be able to go through all the videos and bonuses at their own pace to absorb.

              How much time is expected to put toward the “Self Discovery” exercises? 

              Taking into consideration your child's busy schedule, the time commitment expected to complete the Self Discovery exercises is minimal. The “highlighted exercise” for the week takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your child is also encouraged to practice the tools that are introduced each week, which takes about 5-10 minutes each day.
