Meditation...? I Don't Know Where to Start!

You know you want to meditate. You know it would be good for you. Everyone tells you to try it. YOU want to try it. You've heard of the many benefits, including improving focus, better sleep, and less stress. But how do you start?
I'm running a five day meditation challenge beginning February 1 (because trying something new in January is so cliche...) and it's free!
You will receive a daily one minute meditation in your inbox and explore different styles of mindfulness. One size does not fit all, and I am positive there is an approach that works for your distracted mind!
