Each member organization of ARTSCENICO can send at least 2 delegates. The delegates are eligible to vote in elections during the General Assembly. Each member is free to send more interested people. Non-delegates may attend the meeting but can't vote on behalf of the member. If you live in a country where there is no professional association you can become a member of - and you still want to get to know us and join the ARTSCENICO GENERAL ASSEMBLY, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail. The same applies to organizations that are not yet members of ARTSCENICO. The General Assembly offers the opportunity to get in direct contact with each other.

Every attendant books their travel and quarter at their own expense. ARTSCENICO does not pay for the accommodation of the attendants, you have to clarify any refunds for your expenses with the professional organization of which you are a delegate or member. The BFDG arranged a discount with the Hotel Corner, the booking with this Hotel is a recommendation by the BFDG and ARTSCENICO, but you are free to choose your accommodation, as pleases you.

It will make a lot of sense for those who are flying to travel to London City Airport and not Heathrow. There are various ways of getting in from there to the hotel using the London tube or Overground rail system – all take 30-35 mins. Alternative is to take the Paddington express from Heathrow – non-stop 20 min service- and then tube from there.
