I’m so happy to be able to share with you,

The Birth Bag Checklist!

It’s got a list of all the essentials that you might need for you, your baby and your birth partner too.

As your due date approaches, there are so many things to consider and plan for. One essential preparation is packing your birth bag. Having a well-organised birth bag ready in advance offers numerous benefits that can make your birthing experience smoother and more comfortable.

Even if you’re planning to have your baby at home, your future self will be grateful for you packing a birth bag so that all of the items that you may need in that first 24 hours are all in one place and easy to get to. Not only that, but should you need to transfer into hospital quickly for any reason you can just grab the bag(s) and go.

Taking the time to prepare your birth bag now allows you to focus on the joyous moment ahead. Remember, the journey to welcoming your baby is unique, and being prepared is a wonderful step towards a positive birthing experience.

I’m wishing you all the very best for your labour,

birth and the early days with a newborn.

*This list is not exhaustive so there may be items that you want to pack that aren’t listed, that’s all good and there’s no rules for what to put in your bag!
