With 17 years of experience in global asset management—including roles at leading firms such as HSBC and PIMCO—I’ve operated at the intersection of business and culture across Europe, Asia, North America, and the MENA region. I’ve led cross-border projects, collaborated with international teams, and delivered results in some of the most complex global environments.
Today, I bring that deep, real-world understanding into the work I do with international organisations.
Through my signature, research-backed framework and practical four-step method, I equip leaders with the tools to communicate with clarity, manage diverse teams effectively, and build inclusive environments that drive innovation, productivity, and performance.

This program is designed for global companies who want to enhance their leadership skills and drive engagement in their multicultural teams.
The program is customized to your needs. But in general, you can expect:

We offer presentations, workshops, and personalised coaching sessions tailored to employees, managers, and senior executives. The sessions can be delivered in-person or virtually to suit your needs. Sessions can be delivered in-person or virtually, depending on your location and preference.
This program is designed for all levels of experience. Whether you are new to global leadership or have years of experience, you’ll gain practical tools to communicate and lead confidently.
English and French. I’m fluent in both and adjust the delivery to suit your team’s language preferences.
To ensure availability and adequate preparation, I recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance—though I do accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
