Identify what's happening inside your learning ecosystem and what to do next

A clear, strategic view of what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.

What looks like a learning issue is often something deeper.

Learning is happening across the business, but it often lacks alignment, structure, and ownership.

Programs are created with good intent, but they do not always connect clearly to performance or business priorities.

Teams are busy delivering learning, yet the overall ecosystem can still feel fragmented, reactive, and difficult to measure.

When learning is disconnected, the impact shows up quickly

Inconsistent customer experience

No clear standards

Lost revenue opportunities

Wasted training spend

Most organizations respond by adding more learning. More programs, more activity, more effort. But performance doesn’t shift because the underlying system hasn’t changed. This isn’t a program issue. It’s an ecosystem issue.

What This Audit is Designed to do

The Learning Ecosystem Audit is designed to help organizations step back and see the bigger picture. It looks beyond individual programs to assess how learning is functioning across the business identifying what’s working, what needs to be fixed, what can be stopped, and what is not contributing to performance.

It surfaces gaps, misalignment, and areas where clearer direction is needed, so learning becomes more intentional, connected, and effective.

What this audit reveals

What is working well across your learning ecosystem

Where to eliminate duplication and redirect effort

✦Gaps in structure, ownership, and alignment

✦Opportunities to better support performance and business priorities

✦Areas that need clearer direction, not just more activity

How I approach the audit

Step 1:
Audit
A focused review of your learning environment to identify what exists, what’s working, and where things are not functioning as intended.

Step 2:
Align
I identify where learning connects to business priorities and where that connection may be weak, unclear, or missing.

Step 3:
Assess
I examine the overall ecosystem for patterns, gaps, strengths, and opportunities that need attention.

Step 4:
Next Steps
I provide clear strategic direction on where to focus next so learning can become more intentional, connected, and effective.

The perspective behind this work

I’ve spent over 24 years working inside global travel technology organizations, where learning, leadership, and business strategy intersect.

Across that time, I’ve seen how learning ecosystems take shape inside organizations how they grow, where they become fragmented, and where they lose alignment with the broader direction of the business.

I’ve also seen what happens when learning is intentionally connected, structured, and aligned. It becomes a clear driver of performance, not just an activity happening in the background.

Today, through Camille Brown Consulting, I work with organizations as a Fractional Learning Strategist, helping leaders step back, assess their learning ecosystem, and bring clarity, structure, and strategic direction to how learning operates across the business.

Why this work is different

In my experience, most learning strategies are built in isolation. Mine are shaped by real operational challenges because that’s where I’ve worked for over 24 years.

With experience across learning design, facilitation, business development, onboarding, and regional learning strategy, I bring both a strategic and operational lens to learning.

I go beyond what’s being delivered to examine how learning is functioning inside the business, where it’s falling short, and what needs to shift to drive real results.
