So what exactly is LevelUp?
It’s a suite of quick, focused services designed for public health professionals, researchers, community leaders, and students who don’t need a full writing program — just the right kind of support at the right time.
Who is it for?
If you’re a public health professional, community practitioner, student, or early-career researcher — this is for you. Especially if you’re balancing multiple roles, writing outside of a traditional academic system, or working on to amplify your thought leadership.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you complete the form and payment, our team starts reviewing your responses. Within 2–3 business days, a TSL coach will reach out with next steps. For some services, that includes scheduling a live session. For others, you might receive additional questions. Either way, you’ll get clear communication and a timely turnaround.
Can I book more than one service?
Absolutely! Many authors combine services — like doing IMRaD Mapping first and then booking an Editing Snapshot later. You can book them back-to-back or start with one and return when you’re ready for the next step.
How long will it take to receive my feedback or deliverable?
You’ll hear from us within 2–3 business days after payment. Most services are completed within 5-7 business days. We keep it quick and focused — because your time matters.
What if I’m not sure which LevelUp service I need?

Can I get a refund or switch services?
If you need to switch your service before we begin, just email us. We’ll always do our best to accommodate. Once the work has started, we can’t offer refunds — but we’ll make sure you get meaningful support.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Hey, I'm Chioma
I’m a public health strategist with over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of health equity, racial justice, and immigrant rights.
The Script Lab for Public Health was founded to support folks who are ready to use their voice and writing to make a difference. I believe in intentional writing — academic writing with purpose, power, and impact.
My work spans everything from grassroots thought pieces to original research, and I currently serve as an Associate Editor for Progress in Community Health Partnerships and the American Journal of Public Health.
