Hi! I am Carol - owner of iStroll Lincoln and a mama of two! I was first introduced to iStroll in Macon, GA after moving there in 2021. There, I found the community that I longed for and most needed as a new mama in a new place. I thoroughly enjoyed the truly challenging workouts that honored my ability to stay attuned to my daughter’s needs. Once I found iStroll, you couldn’t pull me away. I enjoyed working out throughout my pregnancy, postpartum journey, and up until the week we moved to Lincoln, NE in the fall of 2023. My husband, Ryan, started a new position as the Director of Football Rehabilitation at UNL. My only stipulation for moving was to bring iStroll along with us on this journey! And that brings us to now! I love that iStroll combines my love of fitness with my love of being a mama. Not only do the classes include and incorporate our children, but they inspire our children too! I am so excited to bring iStroll to Lincoln, and I hope I see you at a class soon!
