📜 Refunds, Booking & Insurance Policy
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once booked, your place, course, venue, and date cannot be changed.
Before booking, it is your responsibility to check that your chosen course is accepted by your insurance provider, or to arrange suitable cover. Unfortunately, refunds or date changes cannot be made if your insurance does not include this qualification.
In the unlikely event that Holistic Therapies Training Academy must reschedule a course, an alternative date or training option will be offered.
