ARTUR GADZICKI
National Team Scout & Methodology Expert
Artur operates at the highest level of international youth football. He holds UEFA A and UEFA Elite Youth A licences. Currently a Scout for the Polish Football Association (PZPN), he works directly with National Teams ranging from U15 to U19. His experience is world-class, having served on the staff for the FIFA U17 World Cup and the UEFA U17 European Championship.
• Elite Education: Refined his evaluation skills through internships at European giants Athletic Bilbao and Benfica Lisbon.
• Tactical Master: Former Head of Youth Development with deep expertise in player profiling and tactical processes.
• The Advantage: Artur provides a National Team-level assessment, evaluating your ability to perform under the highest pressure.

Stal Rzeszów Academy Director
Krzysztof Hus knows exactly what it takes to win. As the Academy Director at Stal Rzeszów, he has architected one of the most successful youth development systems in Poland. A former professional player himself, he transitions players from the academy to the first team with a proven methodology.
• Proven Success: Led his U-15 squad to a Championship victory in the Central Junior League (CLJ).
• Top Qualifications: Holds the UEFA Elite Youth A License and is a certified PZPN Educator.
• The Advantage: Work with a director who has a track record of pushing youth players into National Team call-ups
