Couldn't put this one down! Jessie's journey had me hooked, rooting for her all the way (even when she made not so smart decisions sometimes haha). Unexpected twists kept me on my toes and biting my nails. A must-read for those who love a good enemies to lovers story or historical romance fans who crave a captivating story with some adventure!

Cecily Quinn has set the bar high in this new series set in the American West. An early slow burn flames into a blazing inferno that races through some of my favorite romance tropes. The storytelling manages to be both new and comfortable—a fantastic escape from 21st century life. My verdict: READ IT! Fans of “1883” will especially love this tale. I can’t wait for the next installment with Luke’s story.
