What if I haven't worked out in a while....or, ever?

Then you BELONG here. All bodies are welcome. There's no need to be perfect -- come as you are and find that all the movements are adaptable to exactly what you need today.

There's no need to do any of it perfectly. Move what you can, and at least think the affirmations even if you can't say them, and you're going to feel uplifted.

Same answer if you're a seasoned athlete -- ALL bodies are welcome!

Do I need a special workout space for this?

Nope. Most of us will be in our kitchens, living rooms, or bedroom corners. You need about as much space as a yoga mat would take up, and nobody is looking at your background.

What's with the name?

The name "intenSati" is derived from two words: "intention" and "sati," which is the Pali word for mindfulness. We're making mindful intentions both mentally and physically, allowing them to reinforce and enhance each other.
